Enamels

It is intended for painting metallic, wooden and other surfaces exposed to weather impacts and for painting indoors

They are intended for painting the preliminary primed or primed and plugged metallic surfaces of products to be operated both outdoors and indoor. Main purpose: painting of automobiles.

It is intended for painting wooden and preliminarily primed metallic surfaces to be operated under atmospheric conditions as well as for painting articles to be operated indoors.

It is intended for painting of preliminary primed surfaces of steel, magnesium, aluminum and titanium alloys as well as copper and its alloys. The painting with enamel without priming is allowed.

It is intended for painting wooden and preliminarily primed metallic surfaces to be operated under atmospheric conditions as well as for painting articles to be operated indoors.

The enamel shall be applied in two layers onto dry surface cleaned preliminarily against dust, fat, dirt and old enamel. The enamel is ready to use and to be applied by spraying or by means of a brush. Prior to use, the enamel shall be stirred thoroughly; in case of its thickening, it is allowed to dilute it to the working viscosity using thinner of grade 649 for applying by means of a brush or thinner of grade 646 for applying by the spraying method

The enamel is intended for protective and decorative finishing of wooden floors indoors

To be used for painting of outer surfaces of freight cars and tank-cars, equipment, metal and reinforced-concrete structures exposed to solutions of mineral acids, alkalis, salts, aggressive gases and other chemical reagents with the temperature of not above 60°C to be operated under atmospheric conditions of various climatic regions as well as indoors. It is allowed to apply the primer for other KhV and KhS enamels.

They are intended for painting of primed metal surfaces as well as wooden surfaces to be operated outdoors.

They are intended to provide the protection in the multilayer coating of the preliminarily primed surfaces of the equipment, metal structures as well as concrete and reinforced concrete building structures to be operated indoors against attack of aggressive gases, acids and solutions of salts and alkalis at a temperature of not above 60°С.

The black and reddish-brown enamels are intended also for protection of preliminarily primed surfaces of metal surfaces of metal structures in a multilayer coating, which are to be used under atmospheric conditions, against attack of aggressive gases of chemical industries at a temperature of not above 60°C and KhV-784 varnish – for priming concrete structures.

They are intended for painting of prepared metal and wooden surfaces, concrete and reinforced-concrete structural units exposed to gaseous media causing the steel corrosion. The enamels are not intended for finishing facades.

It is intended for painting of metal surfaces exposed to hot solutions of alkalis, which are either not primed or primed with EP-0010 or EP-0020 filling primers.

The enamel is intended to provide the corrosion protection of steel or copper articles to be operated under atmospheric conditions and indoors (process equipment and other metal structures, railway cars, marine transport vessels, bridges, etc.)
