Paint-and-varnish industry (as a binder in water-dispersion paints); textile industry (as a finishing agent for finishing of fabrics, in the manufacture of glass fiber and glass veil); household cleaning goods (in the manufacture of starching agents, as a semi-adhesive); furniture industry (as a binder in the manufacture of adhesives); printing industry (as an adhesive in bookbinding); food industry; tobacco production (as an adhesive in the manufacture of paper, cardboard and wood containers).
The applications of LDPE are:

- Injection molding of plastics;
- Blow molding.
Fluoroplastic-4 plates, sheets, rods and discs, bushings are used for the manufacture of parts of electrical, anti-corrosion, anti-friction purposes, as well as chemically resistant sealing elements of structures in mechanical engineering, instrument-making, chemical, radio technical, food industry sectors and medicine. The material has good adhesion properties.
Resins are used in electrical, electronic industry, aviation, shipbuilding, engineering, in construction and other sectors of national economy as a component of potting and impregnating compounds, adhesives, sealants, binders for reinforced plastics etc.
High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is a PE with linear macromolecule and a relatively high density (0.960 g/cm3). This is a polyethylene, which is also referred to as low pressure polyethylene (LPP); it is produced by polymerization with specific catalyst systems.
Polyethylene (except ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) is processed by all the known techniques for plastics, such as extrusion, extrusion blowing, injection molding, and pneumatic molding. Polyethylene extrusion is possible on the equipment mounted with a “multipurpose” screw.

Represents a structural material of the extruded laminate consisting of several layers of cotton fabric , impregnated with a thermosetting phenolic resin. Is used for production of panels, gaskets, gears, worm wheels, bushings, bearings, rollers, rings and other products for a constructive purpose .
Polypropylene is used for the manufacture of pipes , sheets , molded , tapes, films , fibers, yarns , nonwovens and packaging materials , technical products , consumer , medical supplies , toys and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs , and other products.
Linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) is similar in structure to HDPE, but has the following main advantages: a higher softening point, which makes it possible to use it for prepackaging of hot foods; better performance characteristics at low and high temperatures; a higher chemical resistance; 2-3 times higher resistance to tearing and puncture; a higher strength and relative breaking extension; surface gloss and resistance to cracking. On the world market LLDPE is a more widely used polymer in than LDPE and HDPE, as it allows producing thin films with improved mechanical properties. This material is designed, in particular, for the manufacturing of medical packages, laminated and stretch films. It is most commonly used in the production of stretch film for machine and manual packaging. Compared to shrink packaging, stretch film packaging has the following advantages: there is no need for thermal chambers for film shrink; film expenditure decreases due to its lower thickness and better performance characteristics.
It is widely used as a safe glazing material, in mechanical engineering, aviation, automotive, medical and sanitaryware industries, construction, design, instrument making and just in household use.
Polyethylene film is used in agriculture, meliorative and water engineering, as a packaging material in various sectors of national economy, in the manufacture of fast moving consumer goods.
Is used in domestic sphere of human activity ( disposable tableware , packaging , toys and so on). As well as the construction industry (insulating panels, concrete panel, sandwich panels), cladding and decorative materials (ceiling moldings, ceiling tiles, polystyrene absorbing elements, adhesive, polymer concentrates), medical direction (blood transfusion systems, Petri dishes, disposable auxiliary instruments) .
Due to its high strength and impact resistance (250–500 kJ/m2) polycarbonates are used as structural materials in various industry sectors, in the manufacture of protective helmets for extreme cycling and motorsports. Moreover, for improving mechanical properties, the mixtures filled with glass fiber are also used.
Polystone P is widely used in various fields , especially in the chemical industry, production of warehouse equipment in medicine and construction of the so -called " clean rooms " .
It is used for electric insulation of wires and cables, production of sheets, tubes (mainly chlorinated polyvinyl chloride), films, films for stretched ceilings, artificial leathers, PVC fiber, expanded polyvinyl chloride, linoleum, mudguard rugs, shoe plastic compounds, furniture edges, etc. It is also used for the production of gramophone records (i.e. vinyl records) and frames for the manufacture of windows and doors.
Polyvinyl chloride is also commonly used in clothes and accessories to create a material similar skin, which is characterized by smoothness and glance.
Polyvinyl chloride is used as a sealant in domestic refrigerators, instead of relatively complex mechanical valves. This made it possible to apply magnetic valves in the form of magnetized elastic inserts, placed in the seal container. Washable wallpaper is covered with PVC film on the front side, which makes the wallpaper waterproof. It is also widely used in pyrotechnics as a chlorine donor needed for the manufacture of colored lights.
The material unites high wear resistance with excellent impact resistance at the temperature from –100 ºC to +120 °C, has excellent chemical resistance, low coefficient of sliding friction, very low water absorption; has access to foodstuffs contact.
ABS-plastics are universal thermoplastic structural materials. They are produced by copolymerization of styrole with acrylonitrile with the help of butadiene rubber. They are used in various industries for the manufacture of the articles of technical and household purposes by extrusion and casting techniques under pressure, as well as for compounding with polyvinylchloride (PVC) or polycarbonate (PC). Depending on physical and mechanical characteristics various brands are produced.
Vinyl chloride plastic is used for the manufacture of tiles and structural elements in the manufacture of chemical apparatus , in the construction industry , in the automotive, electrical engineering photo and other industries that use acids, alkalis and other aggressive substances and compounds.
Polyethylene terephthalate is mainly used for the manufacture of blanks (preforms) of various kinds, which are used then for the manufacture (blowing-off after heating) of plastic containers of different types and purposes (mainly plastic bottles). It is used to a lesser extent for the processing into fibers, films, and also into various items by molding. In the world the situation is reversed: the major part of PETF is used for the production of yarns and fibers. Polyethylene terephthalate is widely used for the production of blanks in mechanical engineering, chemical industry, food machinery, transport and conveyor technology, medical industry, instrument making and household appliances. To ensure better mechanical, physical, electrical PET properties it is filled with various additives (glass fiber, molybdenum disulfide, polytetrafluoroethylene).
