Solvents

Intended for dilution of MCh-52 varnish and production of the acid hardener for MCh-52 varnish.

Used as a solvent in production of varnishes, paints, enamels as well as a solvent for varnishes, paints, enamels in commercial use.

It is used as a solvent in production and application of acrylic, vinyl, nitrocellulose, epoxy and chlorinated rubber paintwork materials. Besides, toluene is used as a raw material for organic synthesis.

• Additive to thermohardened paints to improve luster and flowability.
• Additive for improvement of brush coating properties for varnishes based on nitrocellulose and cellulose esters as well as for paints based on chlorinated derivatives.
• Butylglycol acetate is a good solvent for urethane top coats.

• As a solvent in paintwork, perfume and cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical industries,
• for production of acetone, isopropyl esters, isopropyl amine,
• isopropyl xanthate and a range of other organic products,
• as extracting agent for oils, natural resins and latex,
• as a freezer and an antifreeze substance,
• as a solvent of cellulose esters,
• as a degreasing agent and a detergent,
• as a heat-transfer medium in cooling machines,
• as an alkylating agent,
• as an intermediary in synthesis of a range of pharmaceuticals.

Most common solvent in preparation and use of paintwork materials. Dilutes cellulose esters, oils, fat, chlorinated rubber, vinyl polymer, carbinol resins. Addition of butyl acetate together with a small amount of butyl alcohol prevents blushing. It is used as a solvent of perchlorovinyl, polyacrylic, etc. paintwork materials, nitro-, ethyl- and acetyl cellulose, chlorinated rubber, natural and synthetic resins, vegetable oils, fat; extraction agent of aromatic compounds; component of fruit essences and perfume compositions.

Intended for dilution of oil paints, enamels and varnishes as well as paintwork materials, primers, fillers of ML (melamine), MCh (urea), PF (pentaphtol), М (oil-styrene and alkyd styrene), VN (divinyl acetylene, ethinol) grades, and drying oil and bituminous materials. White spirit is intended for dilution of bitumen, rubber-bitumen and shale mastics. It is used for dilution and rinsing of automobile preserving agents and bitumen stains as well as for degreasing surfaces. It is a universal solvent when performing renovation works, as it possesses minimum toxicity, is not hazardous in case of skin contact and possesses low flammability.

It is intended for extraction of xylene isomers and for use as a solvent of varnishes and paints, for dilution of epoxy, vinyl, acrylic, silicon polymers, nitrocellulose, chlorinated rubber.

It is intended for dilution of enamels and varnishes based on synthetic rubbers during application with paint spray gun as well as for dilution of GF-0189 black primer and synthetic enamels during electrostatic spraying.

R-4 is intended for dilution of paintwork materials based on PSKh LS and PSKh LN polyvinyl chloride chlorinated resins, vinyl chloride copolymers, epoxy resins and other film-forming substances (except for KhV-124 gray and protective enamel). R-4А is intended for dilution of paintwork materials based on PSKh LS and PSKh LN polyvinyl chloride chlorinated resins (including KhV-124 gray and protective enamel), vinyl chloride copolymers, epoxy resins and other substances.

R-5 is intended for dilution of paintwork materials based on PSKh LS and PSKh LN resins, rubbers, epoxy, polyacrylic, silicon resins and other film-forming substances.

Intended for dilution of general/special purpose nitroenamels, nitrovarnishes and nitrofillers.
