Fillings

To be used for smoothing the primed or non-primed metal and non-metal surfaces or as primers for epoxy materials, and for systems of coatings to be used under atmospheric conditions (for example, for road transport) and indoors. The EP-0010 filling is allowed to be used in shipbuilding industry and for ship repair. The EP-0020 filling is used additionally for smoothing special ceramic coatings and protecting them against moisture.

For smoothing and elimination of defects of primed metal or wooden surfaces and for system of coatings to be used under atmospheric conditions and indoors.

Appearance of the spackling layer after drying: the filling surface shall be smooth and free of scratches, bubbles, cracks and mechanical inclusions.

Elimination of small defects on primed metal and wooden surfaces and on primed surface coated with enamel.

The filling is applied before applying the coating consisting of nitrocellulose, nitroalkyd and nitroepoxy enamels to be used indoors or under atmospheric conditions.

It is intended for local smoothing and elimination of paint defects (marks, scratches, chips, small dents, etc.) on metal and wooden surfaces primed with alkyd and nitrocellulose primers as well as for elimination of defects in an identified layer.

It is also used for smoothing and elimination of defects of primed metal and wooden surfaces. The nitrofilling shall be applied by means of palette-knife, brush or, after dilution with solvent 646, by means of a spray gun. The thickness of the dried layer shall not exceed 120 μm.
