Main properties
It is a dry product of petroleum refining. This standard applies to solvent – a narrow high-boiling fraction of straight-run gasoline used in paintwork, drying oil and other industries.
Sphere of application
Intended for dilution of oil paints, enamels and varnishes as well as paintwork materials, primers, fillers of ML (melamine), MCh (urea), PF (pentaphtol), М (oil-styrene and alkyd styrene), VN (divinyl acetylene, ethinol) grades, and drying oil and bituminous materials. White spirit is intended for dilution of bitumen, rubber-bitumen and shale mastics. It is used for dilution and rinsing of automobile preserving agents and bitumen stains as well as for degreasing surfaces. It is a universal solvent when performing renovation works, as it possesses minimum toxicity, is not hazardous in case of skin contact and possesses low flammability.
