Sphere of application
KO-835 organic silicone varnish is intended for varnishing metal surfaces exposed to high temperatures.
It is a solution polyphenylsiloxane and alkyd-styrene resins in organic solvents with addition of siccative.
Application method
The surface shall be cleaned from dirt, rust, scale and loose old coating and degreased.
KO-835 varnish shall be applied to the surface by spraying. If necessary, it shall be diluted with toluene or xylene.
Safety precautions: keep the varnish in a tightly closed container and protect it against moisture, heat and direct sunlight.
Personal protective equipment: rubber gloves and respirator.
Guaranteed shelf life: 6 months from the date of manufacture.
