Main properties
Two-component system consisting of semimanufactured varnish and hardener. The semimanufactured varnish is a solution of E-30 alkyd-epoxy resin and the hardener is a 70% solution of diethylene-glycol-urethane (DGU) in cyclohexanone.
Sphere of application
It is used for protecting the woodwork and printed units in all-climate versions to be used within the temperature range of –60 to +120°С and for creating electrically insulating protective coatings. It forms hard glossy coating with good adhesion and excellent physical and mechanical properties.
Specifications
The surface to be painted shall be clean, degreased and cleaned preliminarily from dust, fat and other contaminants, rust and scale.
Prior to application, the semifinished varnish shall be mixed with DGU hardener in the mass ratio 100: 18 and stirred thoroughly; the varnish shall be diluted to the working viscosity with solvent.
