Sphere of application
Due to such properties as high coloring power, heat- and light- resistance, low toxicity, phthalocyanine pigments may be used in various fields:
- in the varnish-and-paint industry, for producing the domestic- and industrial-purpose paintwork materials based on alkyd, acrylic and epoxy resins, nitrocellulose, polyurethanes and other film formers including the water-dispersion ones,
- for producing super concentrates intended for painting very thin films and polypropylene fibers,
- in the composition of inks for flexographic, gravure and screen printing with hot and cold hardening,
- in textile industry,
- for painting a wide range of plastics in the mass of: high- and low-pressure polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, polyamide, polycarbonate, polyvinylchloride, cellulose acetate and nitrate as well as plastics based on phenol-formaldehyde, epoxy and other resins.
