Main properties
It has good resistance to water, mineral oils, gasolines and detergents. Low content of volatile matters: no more than 10%. After being diluted with organic solvents, it can be used as a primer.
Sphere of application
To be used for smoothing the primed or non-primed metal and non-metal surfaces or as primers for epoxy materials, and for systems of coatings to be used under atmospheric conditions (for example, for road transport) and indoors. The EP-0010 filling is allowed to be used in shipbuilding industry and for ship repair. The EP-0020 filling is used additionally for smoothing special ceramic coatings and protecting them against moisture.
Specifications
Two-can materials based on epoxy resins. Color: henna. Methods of application: by means of a palette-knife or air-stream sprayer. Spreadable life at 20°С: 1.5 hours in case of application by means of a palette-knife, 6 hours in case of application by means of an air-stream sprayer. Time of drying to degree 4: no more than 24 hours at 20°С and no more than 7 hours at 65-70°С.
